Extended Holiday Return Policy: To accommodate gifting this 2024 Holiday season, Boston Proper is extending our return policy. Beginning 11/20/2024, items purchased until 12/15/2024 will have 45 days to return. Please ensure the package is dropped off at an approved Walgreens or FedEx location by return date for refund consideration. 
  

EASY 30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love everything you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy online returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment date, excluding clearance items marked as Final Sale. Exchanges for like items (same style and color in a different size) are free. For returns, a $6.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original and saleable condition and must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All items must have original tags in place, and swimwear must also have the hygienic liner intact. If you would like to make a return or exchange an item for a different size, please process the request HERE.

Items returned for size or color exchange will not be charged a return shipping fee. Please place a new order if you would like a different item altogether. Regular shipping fees apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any item deemed defective by Boston Proper (after reviewing with the customer) may also be returned within 30 days of shipment.

Gift cards and e-gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. If returning a gift item, please note that the return will be refunded to a gift card. 

International orders are not able to be returned at this time. Please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-243-4300 for further assistance.

For all missing items, lost and damaged packages, please file a claim in our Claims Portal.

FINAL SALE

Clearance items marked as Final Sale and altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

If the price of an item you purchased is marked down within 10 days of original purchase, a one-time price adjustment may be made by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-243-4300. Only full price items are eligible for price adjustments. Promotions and coupons cannot be applied to previously placed purchases. Previously placed orders with a coupon or promotion applied are also ineligible for additional discounts.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

To begin your online return or exchange, CLICK HERE, or log in to your account and click on “My Orders.”

Follow the steps online to complete your return. 

  • Print your shipping label and packing slip. Cut along the guideline.
  • Pack your return securely along with the packing slip either in the original packaging or your own packaging.
  • Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
  • Bring your package to a nearby drop-off location.
  • Once shipped, you can track your return package using the link provided in your email. 

If you have chosen to present a QR code, please present this to your chosen drop-off location. 

Please note that we do not process returns at our corporate office or sales center. Returns shipped to our corporate office or sales center may result in a shipping fee, or items may be returned to you at your expense. Items returned to us that are outside our return policy may also result in a return shipping fee, and may be refunded to a gift card.

STANDARD DELIVERY will arrive in 3-7 business days for in-stock items and is available for all continental US addresses, including PO Boxes. Additional delivery time may be required for areas our designated shipping carriers cannot reach.

TWO-DAY DELIVERY will arrive in 2 business days for in-stock items when placed by 10:00 AM EST and is not available for international orders, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and other areas that our designated shipping carriers cannot reach.

NEXT-DAY DELIVERY will arrive the next business day for in-stock items when placed by 10:00 AM EST and is not available for international orders, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and other areas that our designated shipping carriers cannot reach.

ALASKA/HAWAII/APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
Please note, as of 6/10/24 orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska require a shipping surcharge. To ship to these locations, please select 2-3 Day Shipping for $24.95. For standard orders placed prior to 6/10/24, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery from the day your package shipped when Standard Ground Shipping was selected.

Please note: "Business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Next-Day requested on Fridays is not available for Saturday arrival.

We are currently only able to ship to the continental US, AK and HI.

Two-Day Delivery (2 business days) for in-stock items only is available for orders placed by 10:00 AM EST Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays, for an additional $8.95.

Next-Day Delivery (next business day) for in-stock items only is available for orders placed by 10:00 AM EST Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays for an additional $14.95. Some restrictions may apply.

ORDER TRACKING

When you place an order with Boston Proper, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please retain this email for your records. For your convenience, registered shoppers can easily check the status of any order using the Order History feature under My Account. To check your order status now, click here. Additional emails will be sent to you as your item(s) ship, including back-ordered items. You may also contact us to check the status of any order and orders placed without an email address.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is based on the order's ship-to address.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are an easy and instant way to share Boston Proper with friends and family.

You may purchase a Gift Card here or through Customer Service and you may purchase multiple Gift Cards in the same order on the website.

Gift cards never expire and are not reloadable. Gift Cards can be used to pay for all items on an order and can be combined with other payment methods. Gift cards can be used in combination with promotional offers and codes. Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card and are not redeemable in cash.


Lost or stolen Gift Cards will only be replaced with proof of purchase and only for the value shown on our records.
